JAMA article on Crucifixion, a classic
In 1986 several physicians wrote an article on the medical aspects of crucifixion. I commend this article to you on this Easter Season. Mel Gibson was not so very far off in his movie on the Passion, unfortunately. It is worth reflecting that we humans have not "evolved" significantly since the Roman times.
