Augustine College, Ottawa, with John Patrick MD
Augustine College is a Christian project in Ottawa, Canada. CMDA top speaker John Patrick, MD is one of the founders. They do several important things: taking students who have graduated high school, college, even medical school and beyond and giving them a one year intensive classic faith based education; taking practicing docs and dentists for a one week series of seminars on similar topics; and sponsoring lectures and writing throughout the year.
I attended one of the week-long sessions and HIGHLY recommend it. During the time we met some of the students and they are a bright and engaging lot. If you have a child of the proper age, you could sure do worse than to send him or her for a year with John and the rest of his accomplished and faithful faculty. They might even come out able to spell Honour, Colour, and Programme Properly!
